We may update these terms and condition at any time by posting new version on the website. All the information and content on this website including (Deals, package, price, availability of travel services) Software, and other infrastructure use are owned, operated and provided by journeyshub.com.ng.
• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Be willing to use this Website in accordance with this Agreement.
• You must ensure all information submitted by you on this Website is accurate and complete.
• Ensure you make legitimate hotel or flight reservation for yourself or another person for whom you are legally authorized to act.
Journey’s Hub platform provide easy online search with a primary focus of travel and accommodation industries pursuant from which several people can place reservations relating to:
• Travel and Accommodations
• Visa
• Tour package
• Fare Request and
• Booking confirmations
Once the required field is filled appropriately, the site will process and provide the client with the projected total cost of reservation made. Immediately the quote is accepted the client will proceeds
with the steps as given by the site. Client is hereby required to make full payment as shown on the reservation page in order to confirm the reservation with the relevant information submitted. In the
case of Bank transfer or Book on Hold, client is required to select the option of booking on hold for temporary holding of booking pending the time the payment will be made and confirmed.
NOTE:
• Only payment made before the cancellation of booking will be processed. If the payment is not made within the same date, Journey’s Hub cannot be held liable for this cancellation.
• All ticket or hotel reservation come with different conditions. Not all reservations are refundable. Please confirm this before you finalize the reservations.
The payment is due immediately by Visa, MasterCard, Verve, Cash deposit at bank for booking on hold. As stated above the payment made must be confirmed on the same date the booking is made. in the event that the payment was made after the deadline, Journey’s Hub will inform the client with a new quote that the reservations remains available at an higher price, if the client is choose to proceed at such prices, the client will be liable for any differences.
All Reservations come with different conditions as imposed by the airline/airways. Client is advised to check the condition available to each reservation before proceeding to the next page. Refund will
only be processed within 48hours and paid in full to the customer. In the event where non-refundable ticket is lapsed or cancelled, such client is liable to bear the loss.
All fares and prices on this website are subject to availability as quotes are provided at the ruling daily exchange rate. Any increase or decrease in fare prior to the date of payment will reflect on the quote. However, once the reservation is complete and the payment is made immediately, the quote is guaranteed. The email submitted during the reservation will used to transmit the ticket to the customer. Ensure that the email used is valid and accessible.
This fee covers all the cost incurred by Journey’s Hub in booking and servicing your travel reservations. Kindly note that this charges is not refundable in case of cancellations.
Should you require name or date change of travel, airlines penalty will be applied and this will be processed according to the conditions applied to the ticket issued. Customer is advised to ensure the spellings of the name filled fully match your match passport document as contrary to this may be resulted to plane-boarding denial.
The rate given are the based on the period of your stay and it is subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival or departure date. Rate may increase should you decide to stay in higher room category than the one originally booked. Any date extension will be charged either by flexible rate or other price package offered by any hotel provider you choose.
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Upon reservation the credit card will be charged for the amount stated on the booking confirmation page. Please note that exchange rate are only applicable at the time of reservation.
Customer is advised to check in at the time stated on the reservation to avoid cancellation and should you require date of arrival please contact our customer service for proper arrangement for the new reservation. Late check out are also available on request but based on availability and occupancy level. Please make a request for this 24 hours prior to your departure of your initial reservations.
